Abstract

Due to the launch of a large number of small satellites, including the CubeSat class, there is a considerable increase in the utilization level of near-Earth space by space objects of human origin. At the same time, computer simulation and geoinformation modeling are only occasionally used by some organizations, both in Russia and in Western countries, as an analysis and research technique in this scientific problem. Nevertheless, the prospects of Near-Earth space pollution control efficiency improvement and decision support based on GIS technologies application are obvious. Modern software tools allow you to develop a full-featured GIS that will exceed the capabilities of desktop software solutions created earlier. In this paper, the authors provide an analysis of the Cesium software library and its built-in CZML language to describe time-dynamic spatial scenes. Although, experimental studies on a prototype of the geoinformation system of near-Earth space, designed for modeling, visualization and analytical monitoring of its state have been carried out. The research was carried out within the state assignment of FASO of Russia (No. 5.6680.2017/8.9).
