Abstract: In the present paper visualization and analysis of the large kinetic mechanism for the reduction purposes with the using of the reaction pathway diagrams is considered. Using of the varied time step for reaction pathway diagram animation is discussed. New methods for graph drawing based on the heavy graph subtree selection is developed and implemented for reaction pathway diagram visualization. Developed visualization module is applied for analysis of the aviation kerosene oxidation mechanism.
