Abstract: It is essentially important for data to be representative spatially when dealing with qualitative analysis of mathematical nonlinear dynamic systems. In this paper a brief summery is plotted to show some ideas and implementation of data analysis in nonlinear dynamic systems. Dynamic systems in question are represented by initial (boundary) value problems for ordinary or partial differential equations and can be classified as finite dimensional systems, Hamiltonian systems and infinite dimensional systems. For each class of systems the data visualization methods are presented as main tools in qualitative nonlinear analysis.
