Main interactive facilities of molecular editor MolRed are reported. Some peculiarities of their realization are presented. Methods of the main working area formation in the form of 3D-scene, as well as methods of atoms and molecules selection, editing of geometrical and structural parameters are described including undo and redo functions. |
