Abstract: Problems of application of methods of geometrical modeling and visualization to problems of modern electronics are considered. As an example a number of specific targets of simulation of nonlinear electronic transport in micro- and nanostructures is analyzed. Results of the spent analysis show that geometrical modeling and visualization are the integral and essential part of the computing experiment spent that can be provided by means of personal, and highly- productive multiprocessing computer systems. The specific methods of geometrical modeling connected with paralelization problem of calculations in the latter case develop.
