Abstract: The current results of research and development on nanostructures visualization carried out by NRNU MEPhI and National Centre for Computer Animation, Bournemouth University, are described. The characteristics of the developed scientific visualization instrumental software tools are discussed. We present examples of applied scientific visualization programs and results of their approbation on nanostructure data files obtained as results of computer modeling.
